Playschool

Playschool at Village Tree House offers a gentle transition and first "school" experience for preschool children ages 2-3, with a balance of structured learning experiences and child-led, free-play experiences. Our class sizes are small in order to provide continuous support and attention. 

 

Our preschool prep programs run in 3 sessions: Fall (September-December); Winter January-mid April); and Spring (mid April-June) and takes place from 9am-11am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

 

Our daily schedule includes:

Circle Time (introduction to colors, numbers, shapes, letters, days of the week/months of the year, thematic lessons); Story Time; Science/Sensory activities; Arts & Crafts; Snack time; & Coordinated Gross Motor and Free Play activities in our 1100 sq foot open play space.
