Additional Adult (Add-on)

Service Description

If you plan to have more than one adult present during your child's open play, we must count the additional adult as a participant. Book your additional adult here. Note: Waiver forms must be completed before participating in our programs. Village Tree House is shoe-free. Adults & children must wear socks (socks with grips are encouraged.)
